Our express shipping carrier is FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via local courier.

RETURN A PRODUCT offers refunds on unopened products within 30 days. Simply return any unopened product for a full refund. Please call or contact us through our web site as a customer service representative will assist you prior to sending the product back to have a case number or a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) assigned to the return.  

We will refund your credit card and only charge for shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Shipping Costs to return items to Juvinesseskin are the responsibility of the customer.
